A Special blend of imported capers, kalamata olives and jalapeno stuffed green olives paired in perfect harmony with red silky tomatoes. We add sweet white miso for that added umami and red chilis for that little extra kick. With your pasta of choice. $15
  • Spicy Vodka, Mezzi Rigatoni (vegetarian) 
Our Spicy Vodka is made with Jersey fresh tomatoes, caramelized shallots, roasted garlic, calabrian chilies, white wine and cream. Our fresh extruded Mezzi(short) rigatoni is a match made in heaven. Topped with cheese and breadcrumbs.  $15
  • Truffle Cacio E Pepe, Porcini Bucatini, Aged Balsamic glaze(v)
Freshly grated Grana padano cheese is mixed to order with our freshly extruded Porcini bucatini and our house made truffle shiitake butter. Finished with black pepper, Topped with aged balsamic vinegar. $16
  • Pork Shoulder and Beef Short Rib Ragu, Mafaldine
  • This very special ragu is made from Chianti braised pork shoulder and beef short ribs, roasted root vegetables, whole roma tomatoes, garlic and red miso. Topped with freshly grated cheese and breadcrumbs. $17
    • Miso Marinated Chicken Brodo, Gnocchi Sardi
    The flavor profiles are similar to a bowl of ramen, but instead of Japan you are transported to Italy! We took this and ran with it. $14
