We take dried porcini mushrooms and turn them into a fine powder and mix it in our pasta machine to extrude freshly infused bucatini. Our rich and luxurious sauce is packed full of flavors. Cacio e Pepe is made of cheese, pepper, freshly grated Grana Padano, Pecorino and butter. So we decided to bring it up a notch and add Black Truffle. BOOM. We finish it off with a balsamic reduction glaze and top it with bread crumbs.
