This is a hands-on, interactive experience. You will be taught how to make hand-rolled semolina dough from scratch including Cavatelli, Orecchiette, and other fun shapes! There will be a dinner to follow with the pasta we made and family-style antipasto. It is a BYOB establishment - we recommend bringing a nice red as nothing is better than making pasta and drinking wine.
